Every monolyne order ships directly from our fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China — the same facility that builds and tests our tools.

Processing

Orders are picked and packed fast — most orders are dispatched within 24 hours (the warehouse average is about 8 hours). Allow 1–2 business days during launches and holidays.

Delivery

We ship internationally via direct express lines with full tracking. Typical delivery time after dispatch is 7–15 business days, depending on your country and local customs. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. No hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Customs & duties

Most orders clear customs without any charges. If your country applies import duties or taxes, these are the responsibility of the recipient.
